Questions about PRO

  • What do I get with PRO?

    Every step of every PRO build in the 3D viewer, and every layer of their 3D models. Without PRO a PRO build shows its block list and its first layers; with it, the whole guide.

  • Do free guides stay free?

    Yes. Free guides are complete, with every step and layer, and the block list of every build is free, PRO builds included. PRO adds the PRO builds; it takes nothing away from the rest.

  • Is there a free trial?

    No, but every PRO build shows its first layers for free, so you can try one in the 3D viewer before you decide.

  • How do I cancel?

    From your account page: Manage subscription opens the subscription page, where you cancel. PRO stays on until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.

  • Can I get my money back?

    Yes, the first PRO payment, within 14 days and with no reason needed: write to support@bbuilds.app. Renewals are refunded when you were charged in error, when PRO was down for a significant part of the period, or when the law says so; the refund policy has the details.

  • Who takes the payment?

    Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) is the merchant of record: it sells the subscription, takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT. Block Builds never sees your card details.

  • What happens to my progress if PRO ends?

    It stays: where you stopped in each build and the blocks you ticked off are kept in your account. PRO builds go back to showing their free layers until you subscribe again.
