Refund Policy
How refunds work for a Block Builds PRO subscription.
1. 14-day refund on your first payment
If PRO is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first PRO payment and we will refund it in full. No reason needed. The refund also ends the subscription and PRO access.
This applies once per person: if you subscribe again later, a new first payment is not covered again.
2. Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the next renewal and keep PRO until the end of the period you paid for. We will refund a renewal, in full or for the unused part, when:
- you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice;
- PRO was unavailable for a significant part of the paid period because of a fault on our side;
- the law where you live requires it.
Ask within 14 days of the charge. A yearly subscriber who forgot to cancel and has not used PRO since the renewal can also write to us within 14 days — we look at those case by case.
3. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the current period, and PRO stays active until that period ends. You can cancel at any time from your account page or the link in Polar's receipt email. See the Terms of Service for how the subscription works.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@bbuilds.app from the email address of your account, or include it, with the order number from your receipt if you have it. We reply within 3 business days.
Payments are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software, Inc., so an approved refund is issued through Polar to the original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You can also contact Polar directly about a payment under its Buyer Terms.
5. Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund through us is faster and does not suspend your account. If a payment is disputed, PRO access may be paused while the dispute is open.
6. When we may refuse
We may refuse a refund where it is being abused — for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, or an account closed for copying or sharing PRO content in breach of the Terms of Service — except where the law gives you a refund anyway.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer and does not limit them. In the EU and UK you have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days; for digital content, that right can end once access begins with your consent. Our 14-day refund on the first payment applies either way.
